Andrew Doris

Senior Policy and Research Analyst

Foreign Policy

Andrew Doris is a Senior Policy and Research Analyst at FP Analytics, specializing in the intersection of emerging technology and global security.

He was previously a National Security Fellow for Senator Casey, where he worked to reform the Federal Select Agent Program, and a Non-Resident Fellow at Defense Priorities, where he wrote about the wars in Afghanistan and Ukraine. He also served four years a U.S. Army logistics officer including two in South Korea. Andrew holds an M.A. in Global Affairs from Yale and a B.A. in Political Science from Johns Hopkins. His foreign policy writing has been published in Survival, Responsible Statecraft, Business Insider, and the Yale Journal of International Affairs.
